Exmouth Tennis & Fitness Centre is situated close to Exmouth Community College, in the heart of Exmouth.
The Centre has six fantastic indoor tennis courts (four carpet and two acrylic) available throughout the year. Courts can be booked on a casual basis - just call to book!
Coaching is available for all age groups, as are a variety of 'pay and play' sessions. Bar and catering facilities together with a comfortable lounge and viewing area ensure that you can follow your game with a drink or meal in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Circuit Training - Thursday's 6.15 - 7pm
A fun, lively exercise class incorporating both cardio and resistance training to give weight loss and toning results. Each exercise station is different and will work a different muscle group, giving your whole body a thorough workout by the end of the session. This class has two instructors taking it to help motivate you and ensure your techniques are of the highest quality.
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Cardio Tennis™ is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taughtby a tennis teaching professional. If you've never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis. Most classes have mixed ability and some facilities offer classes which are more specific to ability/fitness level. However, regardless of ability or fitness level the tennis professional is trained to provide the ultimate workout for each person.

Exmouth Tennis and Fitness Centre's Gym is fully equipped with a large variety of cardiovascular and resistance machines. There is everything you will need to maintain and increase your fitness levels, whatever age and ability from 16+ (Teen Gym sessions are also available - please ask at reception).
The equipment chosen is designed to benefit both general gym users and racquet sport fans, focusing on sports mobility, toning and floor work.
Back to Netball takes place every Thursday, under 16s from: 6.10-7.10PM and over 16s 7.10-8.10PM

Crèche facilities are available during Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9.00am - 12.00pm. The perfect place to leave the children whilst you are free to enjoy a game of tennis, a gym workout or an exercise class.
The Centre Court Café & Bar serves hot and cold food and drinks throughout the day.
Our selection includes sandwiches, paninis and jacket potatoes. The bar is fully licensed and stocks a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks.
