Program Flow (March 2026)
| Prep Work Sent (Thursday 26th February): | Join the Facebook group, post a short introduction, learn about The Weekly Basics, and get ready for Day 1. The Weekly Basics focus on exercise, daily activity, and simple food changes. |
| Program Start (Monday 2nd March): | Share your weekly plan, including any exercise you’ll do and food changes you want to make. Receive daily motivation, support, and accountability along the way. |
| Week 1 Online Group Coaching: | Monday 7pm with Dan – Welcome, mindset, understanding the stages of change, and SMARTER goal setting for long-term success Wednesday 7pm with Bridie – A practical nutrition webinar with simple, easy-to-apply strategies to support healthier eating and better energy |

Meet the team

Bridie
As a certified nutritional therapist with a diploma from the School of Health, I specialize in preventive nutrition, empowering individuals to achieve sustainable, long term dietary goals. My dedication is to transform lives through realistic and attainable nutrition strategies that fit each of our unique lifestyles.

Dan
Dan has worked in health and fitness industry for over 15 years, previously leading the Fitness and Wellbeing team at LED Exmouth sites, before moving into a Health and Wellbeing Coach role within the NHS. In both settings, he has supported hundreds of people to become more active, improve their nutrition, and build healthier habits in a realistic, sustainable way.
Alongside hands-on coaching experience, Dan holds a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology, giving him a strong understanding of behaviour change, motivation, and how to help people move forward from any starting point.
Having run many group programmes for LED in the past, Dan brings practical know-how, clear guidance, and a supportive approach to this programme helping people stay accountable, build confidence, and make changes that fit into everyday life. He also have extensive knowledge of LED’s full exercise offering, supporting everyone from lower-intensity health-referral clients to those looking for a more challenging programme.
