We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you join. After this period, memberships can be cancelled by providing one full calendar month’s notice.

If you’re an experienced gym user, you can complete a simple online form before your first visit, allowing you to start using the gym straight away.
Lockers are available in both changing rooms. Simply leave your membership card at Reception and we’ll provide you with a locker key for the duration of your visit.
Yes. Full-time students can join on our Cranford Student Membership, currently priced at £38.50 per month. Proof of student status is required when joining along with uploading proof online.
Yes. Cranford Club members can access all LED Community Leisure gyms and fitness facilities.
No, gym access does not require booking. However, fitness classes should be booked in advance through the LED Community Leisure app or online booking system.
Members can access The Cranford Club using their membership card or the LED Community Leisure app.
Yes. Cranford Club members can bring friends or family members to enjoy the facilities for the day. Guest passes are available at the following rates:
- £20 Adult (16+)
- £15 Teen (14–15 years)
- £5 Junior (0–13 years, swimming only)
You can join online, via the LED Community Leisure app, or by speaking with a member of our team. Once you’ve joined, you’ll be able to access The Cranford Club and all the benefits included within your membership.

Eligibility:
Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Entrants must not hold an active Cranford Club membership at the time of the draw. Employees of LED Community Leisure Ltd and their immediate families are excluded from winning.
How to Enter:
Follow the instructions provided on the competition post, webpage, or entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
The Prize:
The winner will receive a three-month Cranford Club membership, including access to facilities and member benefits available within the standard membership package.

Winner Selection & Redemption:
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date. The winner must accept the prize within 14 days of notification. Membership must commence within one month of acceptance and is subject to The Cranford Club’s normal membership terms and club rules.
Publicity & Data Protection:
By entering, participants agree that their details may be used to administer the competition. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity but may decline.
