Body Combat
BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class.

Body Attack
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy, fun and athletic workout focused on cardio fitness, stamina and agility.

Philip Harrison: Les Mills Trainer for BODYJAM, SH’BAM & BODYCOMBAT, teaching Les Mills since 2001 and a Trainer since 2005.
He’s an International presenter, having presented in New Zealand, Russia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Netherlands plus more. Has presented on 6 masterclasses filmings and contributes to ongoing quarterly updates with Les Mills.
