This beginner friendly workout focuses on building a solid foundation with gentle movements and light weights. We’ll prioritise proper technique and gradually increase intensity to avoid injury and build confidence.

This workout consists of a series of simple exercises. Perform each exercise for 10-12 repetitions, aiming for 2 sets.
