NEW: Join Our Guided Walks at the Dartington Estate – Supporting Health, Wellbeing & Active Living

Starting April 21st, and continuing every four weeks, The Space Health and Fitness is excited to launch a brand‑new community walking initiative set in the stunning Dartington Estate. With over 800 acres of lush woodland, diverse wildlife and peaceful rivers, it offers the perfect setting for walks suitable for all fitness levels, abilities, and needs.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, boost your mental wellbeing, or find a supportive and inclusive group to be active with, these walks are the ideal way to get started.


Walk Details

  • Start Date: 21st April
  • Frequency: Every 4 weeks
  • Start Time: 11:15am
  • Meeting Point: The Space Health and Fitness
  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration
  • What to Bring:
    • Comfortable, weather‑appropriate clothing
    • Strong, supportive footwear
    • A bottle of water

There’s no need to book, no need to plan a route, and no pressure, just pop your shoes on and come along. Our friendly team will guide the walk, support participants, and ensure everyone feels part of the group.
