Broadclyst Leisure Centre

At Broadclyst Leisure Centre we serve a variety of indoor and outdoor sports to our local community.

Located in the heart of Broadclyst and offering a full size sports hall and outdoor tennis courts, we run a number of adult and junior activities throughout the week.

As a reception-less site all activities will need to be booked in advance using the LED app or by giving us a call.

We are excited to share that the sports hall has recently undergone renovations to renew the floor. This has enhanced the playing surface for our valued customers and the community. We hope you enjoy the new playing experience.

Birthday parties at LED Community Leisure

We offer the hire of our Sports Hall for self-catered parties. If you are looking for an activity we recommend using SportyStars, who offer a fantastic range of sports based activities. Book your party activity with Sporty Stars and Save 10% off the LED hall hire fee.

PARTY ENQUIRY FORM

Staffed Weatherproof Multisport Party

Up to 30 children.

Available Saturdays between 9am – 1pm.

The staffed multi-sports party that can include football, basketball, badminton, dodgeball, table tennis and a variety of multi skill games. Throughout the sessions the children will have the opportunity to warm up with several fun games, enjoy playing matches with their friends and finish with some classic party games.

The party will be hosted in either the sports hall or on the astro depending upon the weather for 55 minutes followed by 30mins in the sub hall to enjoy your self catered party food.

Unstaffed Weatherproof Party

Up to 40 children. 

Available Saturdays between 9am – 1pm. 

Hire the main sports hall/astro for 55mins, then the sub hall or class room for 30mins. This option is perfect for those looking to arrange their own activity.

Price: £48*

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Minimum of 2 weeks notice from the party date is required to book.

  1. Non-swimmers and children under the age of 8 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 16 or over). 
  2. You will only be allowed onto the Pool Inflatable if you are 8 years old and able to swim 25m (a whole length) unaided and are confident in deep water – you may be asked to demonstrate this. 
  3. No swimming is permitted within the roped off area surrounding the inflatable. 
  4. No jumping from the poolside onto the inflatable or the inflatable onto poolside. 
  5. Do not get onto the pool inflatable until the Lifeguard gives you permission. 
  6. Only feet first sitting entries are permitted off of the slide at the end of the inflatable, no headfirst sliding. 
  7. If you fall off the inflatable, exit the area by the shortest route, either to the side or under the rope into the swimming area. Do not swim under the inflatable or attempt to climb back on. 
  8. Session start and finish will be signalled by a long blast of the whistle. Follow the instructions of the Lifeguards for when to enter or leave the water. 
  9. Splash party activities will last 1 hour leaving 45 minutes for changing and your party tea.

  1. No Shoes, jewellery, or sharp objects (including spectacles) are to be worn when playing on the inflatable or soft paly equipment. 
  2. 2. No food or drink is permitted on the inflatable or soft play equipment. Food and drink may only be consumed sat at the tables provided in the designated eating area. 
  3. No adults may play on the inflatable. The only exception to this is a kneeling adult supporting a small toddler to bounce. 
  4. Only allow users of a similar age, size, and ability on the inflatable at the same time. 
  5. No overcrowding on the inflatable. Maximum numbers are based on user height:

  10. Do not use the inflatable unless it is fully inflated. 
  11. Please report any damage or equipment failure to a member of the team. 
  12. In case or emergency or first aid please alert a member of the team. 
  13. Failure to follow these rules may result in the party being ended early. 
  14. No somersaulting or other acrobatics on the inflatable.

Junior Activities

Keeping juniors active

At LED we offer a wide range of Junior Activities including Swimming, Mini Tennis, Trampolining, Gymnastics and Junior Badminton to name just a few.

Our Get Active offer means all children aged 11-15 can now train in our gyms as long as they are supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
