Sidmouth Leisure Centre is delighted to congratulate Group Exercise Instructor Alice Oliver on an incredible achievement after completing IRONMAN Portugal-Cascais in Portugal this weekend. Taking on one of endurance sport’s toughest challenges, Alice crossed the finish line in an impressive 12 hours, 56 minutes and 27 seconds.
The event in Cascais took place on Saturday 17th October and included a 3.8 km swim and 180 km cycle before the run to the finish, making Alice’s achievement a fantastic demonstration of endurance, determination and commitment.
Alice is a familiar face to many LED customers through her work as a Group Exercise Instructor, helping people stay active and achieve their own fitness goals.
Now, however, participants in Alice’s classes have an extra claim to fame: You can officially say you’re being instructed by an IRONMAN!
Everyone at LED Community Leisure would like to congratulate Alice on this outstanding personal achievement. Completing an IRONMAN is a huge accomplishment and a fitting reflection of the enthusiasm and commitment Alice brings to fitness.
